Welcome to our classroom website! I'm Jessica Mattes and this is my second year teaching Kindergarten at Glen Acres.I student taught across the hall and have had so many wonderful experiences at Glen Acres. I loved being a student at this school and now I love being a teacher here even more.

 

I graduated from Purdue University in 2014 with a bachelors in Early Childhood Education. It is my goal for my kindergarteners to look forward to coming to school everyday and to not only grow as students, but also as responsible members of society. When I am not at school I enjoy spending time with my husband. We love visiting new places and watching movies!
